Almighty God can and does give grace to men in answer to their internal aspirations and prayers without the use of any external sign or ceremony. This will always be possible, because God, grace, and the soul are spiritual beings. God is not restricted to the use of material, visible symbols in dealing with men; the sacraments are not necessary in the sense that they could not have been dispensed with. But, if it is known that God has appointed external, visible ceremonies as the means by which certain graces are to be conferred on men, then in order to obtain those graces it will be necessary for men to make use of those Divinely appointed means. If we wish to obtain a certain supernatural end we must use the supernatural means appointed for obtaining that end. This is the reason sacraments are necessary.

“When the Church speaks of the preferential option for the poor, she does so in light of the Lord’s universal love which was seen precisely in his preference for those who needed him most. It is not an ideological option; neither is it a matter of letting oneself be trapped by a false theory of class struggle as a vehicle of historical change. Love for the poor is something which is born of the Gospel itself and which must not be formulated nor presented in terms of conflict.

In fact, to forestall unacceptable reductionism it is imperative to emphasize that this love for the poor, the marginalized, the sick and the needy of all types is neither exclusive nor excluding. Jesus was born, suffered, died and rose for all people. He came to proclaim divine sonship with the Father, as well as fraternity among all peoples, called to be children in the Son. Therefore nothing is more alien to one who is called to act “in the person of Christ,” than to shorten the universal reach of his mission and his love.” – John Paul II

A Pro-Life Message to married couples on sexual life

Secular sexual teachings hook and pervert our young married couples. Therefore, I thought of writing about teachings on sexual life. According to the teachings anything you do to make procreation impossible is a sin. Humanae Vitae clearly outlines those areas:

“Similarly excluded is every action which, either in anticipation of the conjugal act, or in its accomplishment, or in the development of its natural consequences, proposes, whether as an end or as a means, to render procreation impossible”.

Such unnatural forms include the Pill, the intrauterine device, foams, diaphragms, condoms, withdrawal, mutual or solitary masturbation and sodomistic practices.

“In its most profound reality, love is essentially a gift; and conjugal love, while leading the spouses to the reciprocal knowledge which makes them one flesh, does not end with the couple, because it makes them capable of the greatest possible gift”.

Therefore, what is this ‘greatest possible gift’? It is children. And Pro-Life literally means more greatest gifts… More greatest children. If somebody teach in other way, let our good God forgive them.

GrandPa and GrandMa – Importants of elder people

GrandPaLove is also expressed in the generous attention shown to the elderly who live in families: their presence can take on great value. They are an example of connections between generations, a resource for the well-being of the family and of the whole of society: “Not only do they show that there are aspects of life — human, cultural, moral and social values — which cannot be judged in terms of economic efficiency, but they can also make an effective contribution in the work-place and in leadership roles. In short, it is not just a question of doing something for older people, but also of accepting them in a realistic way as partners in shared projects — at the level of thought, dialogue and action”. As the Sacred Scripture says: “They still bring forth fruit in old age” (Ps 92:15). The elderly constitute an important school of life, capable of transmitting values and traditions, and of fostering the growth of younger generations, who thus learn to seek not only their own good but also that of others. If the elderly are in situations where they experience suffering and dependence, not only do they need health care services and appropriate assistance, but — and above all — they need to be treated with love.
